3. Prize

One MacBook Neo with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $699.00.

The prize is awarded as-is, where-is, with no warranties except valid title.

The winner is responsible for:

Any federal income taxes or other taxes that may apply

4. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

5. Promotion period

Start: August 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time

End: January 1, 2027 at 11:59 AM Central Time

Sponsor may extend the promotion if fewer than 334 valid entries are received.

A purchase does not increase the odds of winning. Customers may request a free entry without making any purchase.

7. Entry limit

Maximum one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

Total promotion entries are capped at 334 valid entries.

Duplicate entries will be void.

8. Odds of winning

If 334 valid entries are received, the odds of winning are:

9. Winner selection

A random drawing will be conducted on January 1, 2027, using a verifiable random selection method.

10. Winner notification

The Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner by phone and email within 72 hours of the drawing.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Publicity release

Where permitted by law, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, city, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Liability release

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.

13. Fraud and cancellation

The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
